Carmen Fernando joined Public Advocates in January 2021 as its inaugural Executive Assistant, supporting the President & CEO.  She brings with her more than 15 years’ experience in the corporate world supporting C-Suite executives.  Her desire to give back to the community is what made her join Public Advocates.

Education

Carmen graduated with cum laude honors from Dela Salle University, Manila, Philippines where she finished her 4-year course in 3 years, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science in an Accelerated Honors Program.
