Angela Glover Blackwell served as Managing Attorney at Public Advocates. She is currently the Founder in Residence at PolicyLink.

On January 16, 2014, President Obama appointed Angela to the President’s Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for African Americans. In February 2014, Angela was appointed as the inaugural Fred and Rita Richman Distinguished Fellow in Public Life at Brandeis University.
