Alison Vu (she/her/hers), Senior Communications Manager, joined Public Advocates in January 2024. Alison has focused her entire career on serving nonprofits with missions that include housing justice, feminist media, and legal advocacy–through fundraising and communications work. She is passionate about ensuring that organizations that champion equity are well-resourced and primed for success.
Education & Background
Alison holds a B.A. in Criminology from the University of California, Irvine—focusing on constitutional law and the criminalization of poverty. She is a lifelong Southern California resident and has made various cities in Los Angeles and Orange County her home.
