February 18, 2019 – Louis Hansen of the Mercury News writes about new patterns of resegregation in the Bay Area. A report by the California Housing Partnership finds that high rents in the Bay Area have taken a heavier toll on lower income Latino, Black and Asian residents than lower income white residents.
