July 20, 2023— Los Angeles Times’ State Government and Policy Reporter Mackenzie Mays writes about a controversial issue in the Temecula School District.  The conservative School Board is rejecting any instructional materials that mention former San Francisco Democrat Harvey Milk rebuking state standards around inclusive and diverse instructional materials.
