October 22, 2018 – El Pais de España covers the settlement between Optimus Properties and their tenants in Los Angeles. The original lawsuit, filed by Public Counsel and Public Advocates, alleged that Optimus was pressuring Latino and mentally disabled tenants to leave rent controlled units in an effort to raise rents.
