October 24, 2018 – Alison Stateman of Commercial Observer covers the settlement between Optimus Properties and tenants in Koreatown. The original lawsuit alleged that Optimus was pressuring Latino and mentally disabled tenants to leave rent controlled units in an effort to raise rents. Public Advocates served as co-counsel on this case.
