August 28, 2017 – Governor Jerry Brown needs to show that he is serious about solving the housing crisis. Unfortunately, with just days left in the legislative session, Brown has not yet committed to signing bills that expand tenant protections and advance affordable housing. We’re calling for the legislative leadership to force the issue with the Governor, and to not advance his deregulation agenda unless he includes essential affordable housing legislation.
