On January 29, 2016, Public Advocates teamed up with the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) to train more than 40 County Offices of Education throughout the state on the proper use and reporting of supplemental & concentration spending in district LCAPs. This reporting must appear in Section 3 of a district’s LCAP. The training took place at a meeting of the Curriculum & Instruction Steering Committee (CISC) of the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association and also included handouts that are available at the SCOE Training website under the December 2015 Training.
