September 24, 2019 – Kyle Stokes of LAist and KPCC takes a close look at the LCAP, a document that each school district must provide that explains how it is spending state funds to help high-need students. Stokes also looks at Public Advocates’ recent complaint against LAUSD, where it was alleged that the school district was not properly accounting for more than $1 billion in spending on its LCAP.
