Carmen Fernando (she/her/hers) joined Public Advocates in January 2021 as its inaugural Executive Assistant, supporting the President & CEO. She brings with her more than 15 years’ experience in the corporate world supporting C-Suite executives. Her desire to give back to the community is what made her join Public Advocates.
