CalMatters: Digging Out: Newsom Outlines Plan To Cover State Budget Deficit

“Cutting housing programs by $1.2 billion will only exacerbate a dire situation for these communities,” wrote Michelle Pariset, legislative affairs director for the nonprofit advocacy group Public Advocates.
