Public Advocates partners with True North Organizing Network (True North), which develops diverse community leaders across Tribal Lands, Del Norte, and Humboldt Counties. Together, we work towards establishing the principles of community schools and leveraging the local accountability plans–also known as LCAP–to meet the needs of Indigenous and immigrant students.
